The location is perfect, with a magical setting reminiscent of a scene from Harry Potter. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at the Schloss Hotel in Wasserburg and had a wonderful time. The location is simply stunning, with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our suite was amazing. Spending Xmas at this resort was delightful. The ambiance was festive and cozy. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. The balcony of our room offered a great view of the lush landscape outside. But what we loved the most was the serene atmosphere around the resort. It was the perfect place to wind down with a book and a glass of wine. The helpful and courteous staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

That the wifi signal was not very strong, and the connection was intermittent. This caused some inconvenience as we had to wait to upload photos and videos.

the historic building itself was beautiful and the location was fantastic. We enjoyed walking around and taking in the views. The beds in the room were comfortable, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. The other staff members were friendly and attentive, except for the check out clerk. Despite these positive aspects, I would say that the overall experience did not match the price we paid for our stay.

They tried to give us a smaller room than what we had booked, which put a damper on our anniversary weekend. The "beach" area was also not quite what we expected, just a small deck with limited access to the water.
